Shipping Promotions

Free ground shipping is offered for every purchase through Rug Fashion Store within the contiguous 48 states.  In most instances, UPS Ground Service will be used, but due to the large size of some of our area rugs, your purchase may be delivered by a Freight carrier.  If you are sending your purchases to a location outside of the contiguous states or would like faster shipping, please call us at 1-855-355-RUGS and we'll give you a shipping quote over the phone.  

Notes:

Rug Fashion Store is unable to ship or deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please have a physical address ready when you place your order.

For Rug Fashion Store's international customers, any shipping, customs, duties or other fees are the sole responsibility of the international customer/resident.

Delivery Method

We ship most products from our warehouse or from our manufacturers' warehouses via UPS ground service. Some of our items are too large to ship via UPS and must be shipped via truck or a specialized carrier. In most cases, these carriers will call you prior to delivering your order to arrange a delivery appointment during regular business hours. All items shipped to a residential or business location will be delivered to your door.

Packaging

Returns must include all tags, packaging, and be shipped in a sturdy shipping box. Do not use the manufacturer box or bag as the shipping box.

Rugs that have been installed and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. Errors & Defective Parts

Defective products or products sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded infull.

Warranties

For items which include a manufacturer's warranty, please follow their instructions. If warranty information was not included, check to see if warranty information is available by searching for the part number.

Restock Fee

Items received which do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you or may be charged a restock fee.

Exchanges
There is no restocking fee, however the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to send the item back, and reship a new item.There is no restocking charge on an exchange; customer is responsible for the reshipment fee.

Clearance and Closeout Items

There are no refunds or exchanges on clearance and closeout or items.

Damaged Items

Upon delivery of your merchandise, please inspect and open the package thoroughly with the driver present. Goods damaged in transit must be refused at time of delivery. Please contact Rug Fashion Store Customer Service toll free at 855-355-7847 immediately to notify us that you have refused a damaged item.

If your item was damaged in transit and you were not home to refuse it, please save all the packaging material and notify us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours to be considered a "Defective or Damaged Return".

Please do not ship the products to Rug Fashion Store until instructed. It is very important to keep the packaging materials that the shipment arrived in. UPS will not honor any claim if the shipping materials have been discarded. All claims are paid to the shipper; we will settle the claim with courier.
